"The primary concept focuses on spatial transparency and volumetric layering. By utilizing an open central courtyard and a series of floating steel staircases, the layout maximizes passive solar heating, natural ventilation, and visual connections across different floors. The design avoids unnecessary partition walls to let daylight flow deep into the core living spaces."
